Adding a login password to the application

Hello, I am thinking of adding a testing email id and password on the application. Just wondering would the judges be trying all the apps or just the top selected applications. Further, if I add a login and password to the application, is there a way to provide that information. At last, since adding a login password would increase the friction to test the application, therefore will it affect the judging?
