Too Many Requests Error
Hey All,
I imagine that this hackathon is meant to coincide with the trial period that was originally laid out for kiro. As of this morning, my ability to utilize Kiro (which I already downloaded) is completely shut off it would seem.
My guess is that AWS did not adequately estimate how much unlimited usage across likely hundreds of thousands of users would cost them and is having to pull the plug. It would be great if the team could provide any additional context on why these limits were instantiated now, and a timeline for when Kiro will be functional again.
Additionally, learn from Cursor's mistake and tell us up front what the inevitable rate limits are going to be so we can make the decision of whether or not to subscribe with that in mind.
On a positive note, what the kiro team has built here has knocked all the other Vibe Coding IDEs out of the water, and has crushed tasks for my project that Cursor failed spectacularly at, even with the same models.

The tool was working so well, and loved every bit of it. Agree to your point, it crashed all existing solutions out there. Its frustrating that they suddenly stopped working and not been working for the last 16+ hours for me. Hope the team resolves it soon
